Pastor to Students & Families

First Baptist Church Rockwood is seeking a dynamic, relational leader to serve as our Pastor to Students and Families. This role provides visionary leadership for middle and high school students, equipping them to find and follow Jesus. The position focuses on teaching, discipling, and creating impactful experiences such as gatherings, camps, and mission trips.

This leader will oversee the middle school and high school ministry and work closely with the kids’ ministry team to ensure alignment across next-generation ministries. They will collaborate with staff and volunteers to connect the student ministry to the broader mission of FBC Rockwood, fostering a thriving, multigenerational community.
