• Engineer and launch new machining, assembly, and finishing processes that strengthen performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead Process FMEA and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring new manufacturing processes are robust and production ready.
• Own the development and improvement of procedures, standards, and documentation that support quality execution across all engineering and production processes.
• Collaborate closely with design, operations, sales, and program management teams to support product development and new product introductions.
• Champion continuous improvement by documenting, tracking, and driving closure on process issues, while preparing reports and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Partner with suppliers to source equipment and tooling, supporting negotiations, specifications, and standards for CNC, PLC, and tooling design.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
