Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in Nashville, TN.
This role is part of the US Energy Business, within the Medium Voltage (MV) Transformer Team. The specialist will provide technical assistance to field sales, manage quotations, coordinate with brand‑label suppliers, and support customer testing and training activities.
Essential Functions:- Provide technical support to the Field Sales Organization.
- Support Quote Specialists with the quotation process.
- Clarify orders between the Field Office and Brand Labeled Suppliers.
- Receive and validate quotations from Brand Labeled Suppliers against specifications.
- Host Customer Witness Testing as required.
- Assist with training field sales on the MV Transformer product line.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Accountable, self‑motivated, and proactive.
- Solid and pragmatic problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize both short‑ and long‑term action items.
- Solid understanding of Schneider Electric products and processes.
- Ability to review and interpret project drawings and one‑line diagrams.
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Knowledge of SE Advantage, SAP, Mainframe, and Windchill.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience with MV Transformers.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience outside university or technical school.
