Tolls Attendant - Dollywood Theme Park - Seasonal

At Dollywood Parks & Resorts we create memories worth repeating. We seek a Tolls Attendant who embodies our mission of bringing families closer together while caring deeply about our brand.
Responsibilities- Greets guests and initiates friendly interaction, providing guest excellence and park information.
- Sales parking tickets and process online sales, handling cash and credit card transactions in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Provides directions for refunds, exchanges, and special needs, managing cash funds and ensuring all revenue is collected and balanced daily.
- Promotes Preferred and Valet Parking and facilitates traffic flow to maintain smooth operation.
- Completes daily written reports and turns in necessary paperwork to Cash Office.
- Operates vehicles and performs tasks in all weather conditions, maintaining a sense of urgency toward reducing guest wait time.
- Uses time productively for sweeping, clearing cobwebs, straightening cones, and other similar items.
- Assists with other parking areas as needed or requested by Management.
- Wears and maintains themed costume issued by Dollywood.
- Performs special projects and attends all required training classes and meetings.
- Complies with safety and security directives, reacting calmly and quickly in stressful or emergency situations.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times and follows all safety standards, reporting any violation of standards.
- Minimum age 14 years old.
- Ability to operate Ticket Sales System, scanners, phone equipment, and mobile payment processors.
- Completed a pre‑employment background check including drug screen.
- Self‑motivated with discipline, able to prioritize and complete assignments on time.
- Friendly, outgoing, polite, courteous, honest, dependable, mature, positive attitude and good judgment.
- Can smile, maintain eye contact, and make a friendly impression when greeting guests, vendors, and employees.
- Professional appearance with good personal hygiene, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a small, confined area.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a fire extinguisher.
- Willing to perform other work functions as assigned and maintain dependable work attendance.
- Dedicated to leading with love: patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, and dedicated.
