Join Our Team as a Loan Operations Analyst!Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Loan Operations Analyst to join our team in Paris. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do- Prepare, analyze, and validate reports for Loan Operations, Lending Functions, and the Board of Directors.
- Review data and reports for accuracy, research discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
- Serve as a resource for reporting, data analysis, and Loan Operations questions.
- Research and recommend new reports and process improvements to support better decision‑making and efficiency.
- Manage assigned collateral insurance payments, correspondence, and exception reporting.
- Prepare insurance‑related reports, spreadsheets, invoices, waivers, and supporting documentation.
- Process collateral loss, accident and health, and death claims as applicable.
- Assist with internal and external audits and examinations.
- Participate in departmental projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Provide backup support for Loan Operations functions as needed.
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of banking, loan operations, or lending support experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, charts, data validation, and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and debit and credit entries.
- Excellent analytical, research, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism, tact, and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Experience with Jack Henry, IBM Cognos Analytics, or Foxit PDF is a plus.
