State Certified Nurse Aide Training Program
Our program is a fast‑paced 16‑day class designed to prepare candidates for state certification as a Aide. The class starts soon.
To be considered, you must provide the following at the time of your interview:
- Completed application
- Valid photo identification
- Social security card
Program requirements:
- No absences or tardiness allowed.
- Maintain a grade average of at least 80 to continue in the course.
Materials:
Books and supplies will be provided. You are required to purchase one set of scrubs to wear each day in class and at clinical sites.
Background checks will be conducted, including a review of the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. Candidates with convictions, certain misdemeanor charges, or who appear on the abuse registry are not eligible for admission.
Acceptance will be communicated by email or phone. Students are selected based on facility need, shift availability, entrance exam score, flexibility, prior work history, and attitude. The best qualified candidates will be chosen.
