Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Life Care Centers of America
Join Life Care Centers of America as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This 47‑year industry leader has over 200 locations across the U.S. and is seeking a qualified CNA to join our multidisciplinary team.
ResponsibilitiesAs an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. Daily duties include delivering direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other patient‑care activities as directed.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State‑approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State; must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment
Job Requirements
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
