Massage Therapist – $500 Sign on Bonus

Hourly rate: $50–$75 (part‑time or full‑time). Compensation varies based on scope of services provided.

• Prepare room and tools necessary for scheduled treatments.
• Ensure treatment room and areas are clean and sanitized using approved sanitizing procedures.
• Restock treatment products in treatment areas.
• Remove soiled laundry and bring in clean laundry.
• Assist in opening and closing duties.
• Perform a variety of massage modalities including deep tissue, hot stone, and body treatments.
• Willingness to receive training on new procedures.
• Maintain current license according to state rules and regulations.
• Any tasks deemed necessary by the manager to keep the spa clean, stocked, and operating smoothly.
• Report to management any maintenance issues.
• Perform Team Member services as part of cross‑training education.

• Must have a Tennessee State License.
• Luxury Spa experience preferred.
• Six months as a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.

• Must be on feet for most of the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform multiple services during shift.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely.

• Must be able to work in a calm and quiet spa setting.
