If you want full‑time you will have consistent, on‑going hours. We also offer an Elder Care Expert Program that guarantees hours and enables you to earn pay for both vacation and sick days!
- Weekly Pay! We pay every Friday and offer Direct Deposit for your convenience!
- Immediate Start To Work! Leave our one‑day training and orientation with shifts based on your availability!
- Appreciation Awards! We pay thousands in bonus money each month. We pay bonus money for compliments, employee referrals, client referrals, and years of service. You are eligible for pay increases at 90 days and annually.

Compensation: $10.00 – $13.00

As a Caregiver with Elder Care 4 Families you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non‑medical needs, including personal care, companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co‑workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience in caring for seniors and/or disabled adults professionally or personally
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
