Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements upon eligibility What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates and high-risk populations Perform segregation checks and monitor inmate adjustment in restrictive environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatry, security, and medical staff Develop and modify individual assessment reports based on clinical data Provide crisis intervention and safety assessments for inmates in distress Gather collateral information and report findings to treatment teams Support mental health needs through evaluation and structured assessment protocols What You Need

Required:

Active psychology license in Tennessee Proven experience with incarcerated or high-risk populations Knowledge of psychological evaluation, risk assessment, and crisis management Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Preferred:
Prior correctional or forensic experience in a detention setting Familiarity with segregation and confinement unit operations Skills in cognitive and behavioral therapy modalities About the Assignment This role involves providing essential mental health evaluations and assessments within correctional facilities, supporting both immediate crisis management and ongoing mental health treatment planning. The psychologist will work closely with staff to ensure inmate stability and safety while contributing valuable clinical insights to the facility s mental health team.
