This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in inpatient and post-acute settings.
Role Overview Flexible part-time scheduling with mix of onsite and virtual care days Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Knoxville, Jefferson City, and Rocky Top, Tennessee Compensation and Benefits W2 position with 401(k) and professional liability insurance coverage Competitive compensation package Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain 1 year experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
