Overview

We are seeking a dedicated intern to assist our Venue Manager and Event Planner to oversee the operations of our venue, wedding day/events and ensuring a seamless experience for couples. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background or interest in hospitality/event planning and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Assist in venue operations to ensure smooth functioning during events.
• Creating Tour packets for incoming couples
• Assist in event day setup and takedown
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met for successful events.
• Train in hospitality for best practices to enhance service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist in daily projects/tasks assigned by upper management.
