What You'll Be Doing
  • ✨ Lead and support department heads across the hotel
  • ✨ Build strong, positive relationships with your team through open communication and timely response of all items concerning their areas of supervision
  • ✨ Help set goals, create action plans, and celebrate progress
  • ✨ Monitor performance on a set schedule and report wins (and challenges) to the GM and their effect on profitability and stability of hotel operations
  • ✨ Keep our guests happy by ensuring a safe, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out
What You Bring to the Table
  • βœ… Previous management and guest service experience
  • βœ… A positive attitude and attention to detail
  • βœ… Strong organizational and communication skills
  • βœ… A team-first mindset β€” you love collaboration!
  • βœ… Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • βœ… Physical ability to stay active during your shift (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs)
  • βœ… 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • βœ… 3–5 years in hospitality preferred
  • βœ… College degree a plus, but not required β€” we value experience and energy!
