• ✨ Lead and support department heads across the hotel
• ✨ Build strong, positive relationships with your team through open communication and timely response of all items concerning their areas of supervision
• ✨ Help set goals, create action plans, and celebrate progress
• ✨ Monitor performance on a set schedule and report wins (and challenges) to the GM and their effect on profitability and stability of hotel operations
• ✨ Keep our guests happy by ensuring a safe, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out

• ✅ Previous management and guest service experience
• ✅ A positive attitude and attention to detail
• ✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
• ✅ A team-first mindset — you love collaboration!
• ✅ Professional written and verbal communication skills
• ✅ Physical ability to stay active during your shift (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• ✅ 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred
• ✅ 3–5 years in hospitality preferred
• ✅ College degree a plus, but not required — we value experience and energy!
