Dollywood Parks & Resorts seeks a Room Attendant who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

The right Room Attendant will be a combination of curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

The purpose of the Room Attendant is to attend to the cleaning process of guest rooms to ensure guests experience a clean room, while adhering to high standards for overall cleanliness and appearance of the Resort rooms to optimize guest satisfaction.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate Lead with Love qualities—patience, kindness, trust, unselfishness, truthfulness, forgiveness, dedication and accountability—rooted in Dollywood Company culture.

• Properly cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and other areas as designed according to standards
• Maintains a clean and neat workspace at all times
• Replaces guest room amenities and linens as necessary
• Reports all maintenance issues to the room inspector
• Keeps housekeeping cart stocked appropriately and clean
• Assists with special projects when assigned
• Reports and delivers lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office
• Aids guests in a friendly, genuine and courteous manner
• Completes deep cleans of guest rooms when assigned
• Keeps vacuum bags and filters changed regularly, and reports any damage to maintenance
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of public areas and back of house areas
• Supports management as needed

Note Frequent changes to duties may occur; management reserves the right to adjust responsibilities.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment strongly preferred
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen

• Able to operate in varied temperatures and outdoor environments

• Lifting and Carrying: May require lifting up to 50 lbs following safety guidelines
• Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and travel around property; be prepared for varying terrain and stairs
• Repetitive Movements: Repetitive movements with hands, arms, and body parts as part of routine tasks
• Environmental Conditions: Work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Cognitive and Sensory: Strong cognitive skills: critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, effective communication
