• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.
• Assist with various resort and marina operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and marina services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the resort and marina.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Support team members and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality training preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for outdoor activities and a love for the water is a plus.
