Capstone Restaurant Group in Erwin, Tennessee, is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant management teams and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and coach teams, monitor QSC standards, manage P&L, and recruit and develop GM/GMITs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
This full-time role requires travel to assigned stores 4–5 days per week, a strong track record in restaurant leadership, and a commitment to hospitality and integrity.
