Location: Chapel Hill

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Plant Human Resources Manager, based in Tennessee. The Plant Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR functions of the manufacturing operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development. This position will also involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Experience in Manufacturing Environment
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Abilities in managing employee benefits and payroll
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Experience in a managerial HR role preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
