We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) for the Project Management Office (PMO) with strong analytical and organizational capabilities that can immediately contribute and help us tackle the opportunities and challenges that arise from our rapidly growing business. The incumbent will support various business initiatives and IT projects in the organization and help manage the relationships between technology, business leaders, and our external business partners.

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the PMO and manage project intake requests.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement technical and/or non‑technical business programs to meet organizational goals.
• Actively participate in IT design reviews to ensure compatibility and interoperability of internal and external systems.
• Contribute to organizational transformation projects such as Customer Information System (CIS) & Meter Data Management (MDM) upgrades, new market entry, and other multi‑year strategic initiatives.
• Conduct tests and workshops as part of daily activities.
• Evaluate the implications of changes to processes and systems.
• Maintain documentation for various projects, processes, and operations.
• Work closely with the Agile team and organization, supporting the team & Scrum Master in related waterfall projects and sprint activities.
• Engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals and instill confidence in solution adoption.
• Liaise with IT infrastructure to capture requirements, manage projects, provide visibility, and provide detailed analyses as needed.
• Help standardize organizational processes to increase efficiency around project & initiative intake.
