Navan Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to join our technical support team for our newest brand under Brunswick. The Navan Customer Service Rep will play a critical role in supporting the customer journey by serving as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for Navan and Sea‑Ray selected dealers and customers. This person will deliver technical support to our Navan dealers, ensuring that technical or warranty repair information is documented and communicated to the dealer network in the most efficient way possible.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for boating and the brands, and will build lasting relationships with owners to provide them with an exceptional customer experience. They will work effectively both in‑office and remotely, self‑motivate, proactively identify owner needs, diagnose problems, learn new product lines, and support critical situations through troubleshooting and coordination with owners, dealers, and factory personnel.

Essential Functions
  • Know all essential aspects of product and operations within the Navan portfolio.
  • Provide timely responses to dealer and customer inquiries via phone, email, or cases that are created.
  • Provide regular dealer and/or owner touch points and follow‑up communication.
  • Support and monitor owner issues through resolution.
  • Support incoming dealer calls, 9 am–5 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
  • Follow‑up on NPS survey responses as needed.
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM database.
  • Establish a standard resource database for common contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with brand and dealer support centers (CoE and CMS).
  • Support project development to meet strategic goals.
  • Track KPIs and metrics, support and develop as needed.
  • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by manager.
  • Travel when required.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Highly skilled interpersonal communication via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Workday, and Outlook.
  • Professional written communication skills.
  • Boating experience and/or knowledge of Navan and Sea‑Ray products necessary.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate software and internet programs.
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with  environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $48,800 to $77,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive program and participates in Brunswick’s comprehensive benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (company contribution), wellbeing program, product purchase discounts, and more.
