Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data in places where automation is not possible by counting features, taking pictures, recording videos, capturing speech, and scanning areas to provide detailed information for decision making. Our field teams are located across Europe and North America and are ready to accept new challenges.

The project involves collecting images of streets, main points of interest, and public areas using cars equipped with 360 cameras mounted on top. The camera captures the surroundings, and the images are stored on vehicle computers for later use in enhancing popular online maps. Specific routes around public streets and commercial districts will be mapped, with additional passes in areas with poor weather to ensure the best image quality.

The assignment runs for a minimum of 3 months and is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Additional hours may be requested as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with at least 1–2 years of driving experience
• Ownership or parking access for a vehicle
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Enjoys driving and possesses a flexible schedule
• Available for a minimum of 3 months
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good driving and communication skills
• High level of responsibility and general car knowledge
• Tech savvy – smartphone and basic apps
• Basic computer skills
