Position Summary

The Underground Supervisor - Telecom is a critical position responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of underground telecom installation and maintenance teams.

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of underground facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance, particularly in underground environments.
• Associate's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role.
