Oak Ridge Nissan is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities- Oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, finance, and parts departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer representatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop dealership staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives to increase brand presence and market share.
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a related leadership role.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and execute plans effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
