Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Piney Flats, TN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fabricating and assembling high-quality building components. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing company where craftsmanship and innovation are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication:
  Perform MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques to fabricate and assemble building components.
• Material Preparation:
  Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately for welding and assembly.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect welds and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Maintain, troubleshoot, and clean welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure precise execution.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Process Improvement:
  Suggest and implement ideas for enhancing welding and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification or proven welding experience required.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or similar welding techniques.
• Strong understanding of welding tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle materials, lift up to 70 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proactive identification of hazards.
