ResponsibilitiesA role for a Document Control Engineer is needed for the Middleton manufacturing facility
This role will involve analyzing manufacturing processes, developing SOPs, and converting complex workflows into clear, digital work instructions.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Safety and Operations teams to document real‑world work practices, validate procedures, and ensure accuracy across regulated production environments.
Capture process data through photos, videos, and hands‑on observation, then translating findings into structured digital documentation using modern software systems.
Essential Job FunctionsWork with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, area supervisors, and area employees to review the work that is done in each area.
Take pictures and videos of work processes, review current SOPs, and meet with engineers and supervisors to review findings.
Upload pictures and videos and develop work instructions into a software system to create digital work instructions.
Performs work that varies in difficulty while applying fundamental concepts, practices and procedures under supervision with limited responsibility.
