Schedule: Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays
Hours: 7:30 pm - until finished
Pay: 24.45/Hr. plus 1.00 shift differential
Position SummaryResponsible for breaking down equipment, cleaning, sanitizing work areas and setting up equipment for inspection and start-up, while also adhering to Core Safety, food safety policies, and company policies.
Responsibilities- Dry pickup area.
- Break down and set up equipment where needed.
- Use of high-pressure hose to rinse area and floor.
- Use of various chemicals to foam and scrub floor.
- Visually check area for cleanliness.
- Ability to work closely with Quality Assurance and USDA.
- Uphold the principles of SQF 2000.
- Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for minimum of 8 hours.
- Ability to become certified in Tyson’s Lock Out/Tag Out program.
- Must be willing and able to pinch/grip product/equipment.
- Familiar with safe operation and use of high-pressure hoses and sanitation chemicals.
- Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must have 6 MThs continuous employment in the last 18 months. Preferred candidates will have at least 6 MThs of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agriculture or production experience.
