The Pictsweet Company is seeking a Food Safety Supervisor at its Bells, TN processing facility to drive food safety systems and programs. You will supervise HACCP, SSOP, and sanitation, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance for safe, wholesome foods.
You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor CCPs, conduct risk assessments, and audit programs. A Bachelor’s in food science or microbiology plus 1–2 years in food production is preferred.
