Gerber Collision & Glass in Tennessee is seeking a skilled Refinish Technician to deliver high-quality refinishes and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will meticulously mix colors, match shades, and perform refinishing while collaborating with the team to hit KPIs and uphold Gerber’s speed, quality, and customer excellence.
The role requires 2–5+ years of collision repair experience; I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.
