Location: Benton
Precision CNC Machinist-Programmer (Job Shop, Haas)
Do you enjoy taking a print and turning it into a finished, dialed-in part—without hand-holding? In a true job shop, that’s the norm. Join our Benton, TN team and run work start-to-finish on Haas mills and lathes using SolidCAM.Is this you?
Do you have 3+ years on CNC mills or lathes?
Can you set up your own jobs on Haas equipment?
Can you read prints, apply GD&T, and verify your own parts?
Are you comfortable editing programs right at the machine control?
What will you tackle?
Program toolpaths (SolidCAM preferred), set up tooling/fixtures, and prove out.
Adjust code and offsets on the fly to achieve spec and finish.
Document setups so future runs are smooth and repeatable.
Shift gears quickly as part mix changes throughout the week.
Schedule & location
Benton, TNFour-day week:
Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm (first or second shift)
Pay, perks, and growth $22–$45/hour, depending on experience.

Nice-to-have experience
Both mills and lathes; live tooling; Y-axis; bar feeder; 3rd axis.
Fixture work, CMM inspection, or a manual machining background.
