Furniture Upholstery Sewer
Apex Furniture Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Furniture Upholstery Sewer to join our production team. This position is responsible for sewing upholstery components used in the manufacturing of high-quality furniture.

Responsibilities
- Sew fabric, vinyl, and other upholstery materials according to patterns and specifications
- Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Assemble sewn components for furniture cushions, backs, arms, and other upholstered pieces
- Maintain consistent seam quality, stitch accuracy, and overall workmanship
- Inspect completed pieces for quality and correct any sewing defects
- Follow production specifications and work efficiently to meet daily production needs
- Work closely with upholstery and production team members to ensure proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous industrial sewing or furniture upholstery sewing experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines
- Ability to read and follow patterns, measurements, and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Position: Full-Time
Pay: $16/hr
Location: 110 Maples Lane, Tazewell,TN
