We are seeking an e-Commerce Coordinator to join the team and help us stay true to our roots while driving digital growth.

The e-Commerce Coordinator will work closely with the e-Commerce team to plan and execute all direct-to-consumer (DTC) activities related to Lodge’s website and promotions. This role manages cross-functional relationships with teams such as the Lodge Distribution Center, Consumer Customer Care, Brand Engagement, and outside marketing partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about our brand, customer service, and digital technology.

Experience managing projects or processes and collaborating cross-functionally is desirable, along with a focus on delivering the best user experience. The successful candidate will practice continuous process improvement and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Update and schedule product and other content on Lodge’s website appropriately and timely.
• Assist with planning and coordination of campaigns and marketing efforts for DTC, including new product launches and promotional activities.
• Daily website review to identify and recommend site opportunities for a smooth user experience.
• Address site issues, link breaks, and content clean-up; act as liaison to agency support.
• Implement search engine optimizations (SEO).
• Implement UX changes as it pertains to search, content, and merchandising.
• Understand and monitor KPIs and metrics related to eCommerce success.
• Manage the setup of campaigns, promotions, and coupon codes.
• Communicate new product launches and promotion announcements to Customer Care, Distribution Center, and Marketing teams.
• Frontline troubleshooting for web-related issues reported by Customer Care or other internal departments.
• Review and proof promotional emails and content to assure they are optimized for e-commerce.
• Work with Marketing Department on projects as needed.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years’ experience with e-commerce in a business setting.
• Formal or informal project or process management experience is a plus.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent knowledge of e-commerce trends.
• Ability to manage projects or processes, with strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Digital and computer literacy – ability to work efficiently using various programs. Experience with Shopify, Insider, Attentive, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Salesforce Service Cloud, Asana is a plus.
