• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Continuously test creative, copy, and targeting to improve performance and efficiency
• Partner with creative, email, and organic teams to align messaging and strategy
• Track and analyze performance metrics u2014 turning insights into clear, actionable next steps
• Monitor competitive trends and emerging ad opportunities
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to refine full-funnel digital strategies

• You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management

  2019ve worked in paid search and/or paid social advertising

  2019re both analytical and creative u2014 comfortable using data to drive decisions
