Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of new products and enhancements across a wide range of consumer goods. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving product initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Creative, Culinary, and Brand Engagement.
As the central point of contact for assigned projects, you’ll manage timelines, research, costing, presentations, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring every product aligns with both consumer needs and organizational goals. You’ll also help support major retail line reviews and seasonal assortments while contributing to our overall product portfolio and innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the lifecycle of new and existing products from ideation to launch
- Conduct and apply market, consumer, and competitive research to inform strategy
- Collaborate on costing, design direction, packaging, testing, and marketing integration
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date project timelines and status tracking
- Partner with Sales and Finance to develop compelling retailer presentations and pricing strategies
- Lead internal and external presentations with confidence and clarity
- Deliver on revenue and profitability targets tied to product initiatives
- Support ongoing analysis of product performance and contribute to forecasting efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product/project management, preferably in consumer goods
- Proven success managing cross-functional product initiatives
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Confident presenter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with both analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience working with large retail partners
