Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'll Do in This Role

As the Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of digital-first marketing initiatives across email, content, SEO, organic social, and paid media partners. You'll use data, insights, and customer behavior to shape campaigns that move people through the funnel and deepen engagement. This is not a traditional brand marketing role. It's a digital-forward marketing position focused on optimizing the full customer journey across channels - ensuring our message reaches the right people, in the right moments, with the right impact.

You'll collaborate with writers, designers, channel specialists, and product teams to coordinate thoughtful, measurable marketing moments that drive business results. In this role, you will create and implement strategic marketing and content strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, utilize customer insights, and leverage data to drive marketing success.

You're Probably a Match If
  • You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a hands-on understanding of funnels, user behavior, and customer journeys.
  • You have 2+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • You have strong experience in email marketing and organic social, including developing content strategies that engage and convert.
  • You're comfortable using data to make decisions - from diagnosing funnel issues to identifying opportunities for growth.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and can bring clarity to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
  • You love testing, learning, optimizing, and improving the experience for the customer.
What Winning Looks Like
  • Craft and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that activates the right mix of channels - including email, organic social, paid media, and content marketing to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Use research, data, and audience signals to create targeted campaigns that speak to real customer needs and move them through the funnel.
  • Work closely with writers, designers, paid specialists, and product teams to bring campaigns to life. You'll help the team prioritize work, strengthen creative concepts, and find new ways to connect with our audience.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze channel performance, optimize campaign decisions, and personalize the audience experience.
  • Provide transparent, insightful reporting of marketing outcomes, and upcoming opportunities - giving stakeholders clarity on what's working and where to focus next.
