Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate,you’llplay a key role in supporting our marketing team as we bring innovative products tomarket. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to gain exposure across the full product lifecycle — from market research and data analysis to product launches and field support.

• Support product lifecycle management (PLM) from concept through launch
• Assist with new product development, test markets, and launches
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor reviews
• Gather and analyze data to support forecasting and sales insights
• Create and present marketing concepts and strategic insights
• Work with systems such as Salesforce, GHX, Micro Strategy, and JD Edwards
• Provide phone and field support to sales teams
• Travel with sales representatives to understand customers and markets

• Bachelor’s degree required(Marketing field preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude

• Hands-on experience with product launches and commercialization
