Full-time - Essential Functions:
- Assist Marketing Manager with marketing activities including traditional, digital, and social media plans
- Develop and execute marketing plans in conjunction with manufacturer funding, resources, and goals
- Manage social media channels including content creation and analytical reporting
- Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager or General Manager
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, social media, or communications; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in agriculture preferred
- Comfortable being in front and behind camera
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products preferred, not required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications preferred, not required
- Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Reliable source of transportation
- Annual salary (pay based on experience & relevant training)
