Night Shift LPN or RN – Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse 6 PM to 6 AM | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus | Decatur, Tennessee

As a LPN or RN at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
