Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr.

PRN LPN Positions | Flexible Schedule | 8‑Hour Shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | New rates as of July 2025. • Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or hold pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state for assisted living facility.
