Requires an active Tennessee or Compact State RN license and certification in Basic Life Support. Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a high-stress environment.

Description:

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Active Tennessee RN license or Compact State RN license with the intent to obtain a Tennessee RN license within 30 days of hire.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
