• - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• - Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• - Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• - Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

• - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• - Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
