What You’ll DoProvide compassionate, hands-on nursing care Administer medications and treatments

Assess patient needs and respond using sound clinical judgment

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Communicate patient needs and changes effectively

Collaborate with providers, nurses, and correctional staff

Help create a safe, respectful environment for every patient
