Talented Medical Solutions seeks a compassionate Travel LPN for a 13-week assignment in Tennessee. The role covers long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, with nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and 36 hours per week.
The primary duties include safe patient care, med passes, rounds, wound care, supervising CNAs, and coordinating with the rehab and care teams. Active TN LPN license and BLS required; LTC experience preferred.
