clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in inpatient and post-acute settings.

Role Overview

• Flexible part-time scheduling with mix of onsite and virtual care days
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Knoxville, Jefferson City, and Rocky Top, Tennessee

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain
• 1 year experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
• Experience with inpatient care preferred
