Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation nursing for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients’ clinical status and recovery progress.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and provide safe, effective nursing interventions.
- Monitor complex patient conditions and respond to clinical changes.
- Educate patients and families to support recovery, safety, and independence.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers in an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking for complex rehab patients.
- Medication administration and patient monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication, education, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety, thorough documentation, and compliance.
