Along the way, you’ll maintain accurate inspection and test records that support continuous improvement and compliance.

About The Role

  • Partner with production and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues related to blueprints, specifications, gauging/equipment design, and machine or product capability.

  • Communicate quality concerns and improvement opportunities with Managers and Supervisors to support continuous improvement and internal/external performance goals.
  • Support product testing and customer excellence, participating in rifle reliability, durability, function, and accuracy testing, assisting with product training, and adhering to all firearm safety, range rules, and Barrett marksmanship standards.

About You

You’re detail-oriented, hands‑on, and take pride in doing things the right way. You work well across teams, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving problems on the floor, not just on paper. You value precision, safety, and accountability, and you’re motivated by being part of a team that delivers world‑class products without compromise.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality system requirements.
  • ASQ certifications such as CQI, CQT, CQE or CQA, preferred.

Benefits

  • A flexible and adaptable work style.

  • Ongoing growth through learning, mentoring, training and career progression opportunities.

Additional Screening

  • Background checks.
  • Pre‑employment physical.
  • Drug & alcohol testing.
