• Complete inspections within four days of assignment.
• Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards.
• Take nine or more photos of the property with brief comments.
• Complete a short form in the mobile application.
• Drive extended periods of time in the assigned territory.
• Most inspections are exterior only; about 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
• Basic inspection time typically five to six minutes.
