Job Summary
The position is for a Crew Team Member in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald's USA, and is responsible for all employment matters.

- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world‑famous food.
- Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
An outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member. The role offers flexibility for part‑time and full‑time schedules. Training includes our Archways to Opportunity education programs.
