Dishwasher - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Seasonal

Summary Of Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and dishwashing station.
- Empty trash, clean containers, sweep, mop, organize and restock as needed.
- Ensure dishes, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. are kept clean using manual and automatic warewashing standards.
- Check dish machine, report issues to leadership.
- Provide courteous service in dining areas, keeping them neat, clean, and in order.
- Buss tables, sanitize and disinfect tables and counters, stock dishes and dry goods, sweep and mop.
- Clear away dirty dishes, glasses, serving dishes, and eating utensils promptly.
- Remove and dispose of disposable products (paper cups, plates, wraps, napkins, straws, plastic utensils, etc.).
- Avoid hazards by being aware of equipment location and avoiding accidents with carts, trays, or fallen food.
- Be available to work at different locations across Dollywood properties.
- Follow safe food handling practices, state/local regulations, and Serv Safe guidelines.
- Participate actively in safety issues for personal and guest safety.
- Adhere to procedures that protect the Culinary Division’s financial standing (clocking in/out, task completion, waste reduction).
Education And Experience Required
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.

- Competent in basic math and temperatures tolerance.
- Physical ability: lift 30 lbs with/without 2‑person lift; stand, balance, kneel, bend, reach high/low; tolerate heat, cold, humidity and outdoor work.
- Operate equipment safely per company/manufacturer guidelines.
- Start Fresh training completion and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
