Krystal Restaurants is seeking an entry-mid level Shift Leader to support the store management team’s daily operations and uphold Krystal’s Vision, Mission and Core Values during each shift.
You will train and coach A+ talent, ensure customer service standards, manage cash, inventory and food safety, and collaborate on plan execution with marketing initiatives. Must be 21+, Serv Safe certified, with a HS diploma or GED and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
