Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work well collectively in a team environment.
- Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets all quality and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
