Job Functions- Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values through words and actions
- Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors, directing complaints to management
- Perform work tasks according to training, e‑learning, and work instructions
- Effectively transition product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency
- Abide by Goodwill policies and procedures
- Ensure security of all company assets and donations
- Perform general sales floor and production area duties and cross‑train in all work areas
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers
- Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers
- Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor at all times
- Adhere to safety and security practices, reporting hazards and injuries to management
- Attend and complete all training and meetings as required
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
