• Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values through words and actions
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information
• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors, directing complaints to management
• Perform work tasks according to training, e‑learning, and work instructions
• Effectively transition product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency
• Abide by Goodwill policies and procedures
• Ensure security of all company assets and donations
• Perform general sales floor and production area duties and cross‑train in all work areas
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers
• Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor at all times
• Adhere to safety and security practices, reporting hazards and injuries to management
• Attend and complete all training and meetings as required
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
